QuranRI utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that differ from scholarly opinions.
- QuranRI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
- Users are responsible for verifying educational content before relying upon it.
- QuranRI shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may create an account.
You agree to:

- Course materials
remain the exclusive property of QuranRI and its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.

If you believe copyrighted material has been infringed, please submit a written notice including:

- Location of allegedly infringing material.

20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QURANRI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Service interruptions
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Reliance on educational content or recommendations provided through the Services
QURANRI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.
USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY USE THE SERVICES AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED RESPONSES, BEFORE RELYING UPON IT.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SUCH LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuranRI, its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
